Anastasia Pazaiti-Karamanli (Greek: Αναστασία Παζαΐτη-Καραμανλή (Anastasía Pazaïti-Karamanlí) (born April 14, 1966), is the wife of Kostas Karamanlis, former Prime Minister of Greece. She is a resident general surgeon.
