
Manos Vakousis
Biography
Manos Vakousis (Greek: Μάνος Βακούσης, Santorini 1958) is a Greek actor, who is known to the general Greek public for many theater, film and television productions. In his long-term theatrical career, he has been awarded the First Prize for a male role at the Thessaloniki Festival in the film Byron – Ballad of a Possessed by N. Koundouros (1992). With the 2nd male role award at the Thessaloniki Festival in the film Craftsmanship of Dreams by T. Boulmetis (1990). Manos Vamvakousis has also collaborated with important directors.
Examples of his work in the theater are the shows Augustos (2017), Ploutos (2018), O abigier (2017), Richard III (2015).
In cinema, he participated in the films The Right Pocket of Rasos (2018), Eteros Ego (2016), Alyti/Entwined (2019).
On television, he participated in the series Other Ego: Lost Souls (2019), Other Ego: Catharsis (2020).
